Odisha, formerly known as Orissa, is a state located in the eastern part of India. Konark Sun Temple is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a masterpiece of ancient Indian architecture. Kunark Temple is built in 13th century and is dedicated to the Surya Dev (Sun God) and is famous for its intricate carvings and sculptures.
